The Partners are ultimately responsible for the implementation of the Company Policy, and ensuring that all Employees clearly understand that they have a legal duty, not only to work in a safe manner, but to co-operate on a practical level in creating safe working conditions.  Regular checks and inspections will be undertaken to ensure that safety policies and procedures are being complied with.
  3. The Company’s Health & Safety Policy outlines the documentation procedures and defines the responsibility and accountability for health and safety for all levels of staff and operatives.  All Employees and Sub-Contractors are asked to read this Policy but are also asked to sign that they have fully understood their own responsibilities and the consequences of any action taken or not undertaken.
  4. The Company will ensure that the necessary training will be provided to all levels to enable Employees to carry out their responsibilities.
  5. 7. The Company will maintain a close link with Clients, Professionals, Principal Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Suppliers, and outside parties, to ensure, as far as is reasonably practicable, that our current procedures are satisfactory and are updated and amended as and when necessary.  All persons directly affected by our Policy and its revisions, will have the revised Policy re-issued to them directly.
  8. As required under the 1985 Companies Act, Section 35 Directors Report, a review on the Health & Safety and Welfare arrangements in force for the Company Employees will be included in the Company’s Annual Accounts.
